ABOUT THE EVENT
The State of Michigan, a world leader in future mobility, together with its partners, is offering a unique week-long program in Detroit and Ann Arbor for mobility startups from China.
The Michigan China Mobility Startup Tour will give Chinese startups direct access to Michigan’s mobility startup ecosystem, including tours of some of the world’s most advanced mobility assets, training from experts at the University of Michigan, exchanges with Michigan-based startups, and a demo day including matchmaking meetings with potential corporate investors in the mobility industry.

Program Details
PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
Potential participants are required to submit an application for inclusion in the program, which will be due August 24, 2018. We will consider Chinese mobility startup companies at all stages of development, in fields including:
- Artificial Intelligence/Deep Learning
- Batteries
- Car/Driver/Occupant/Cabin Monitoring
- Commercial Transportation (Trucking/Logistics)
- Cyber Security
- First/Last Mile Transportation
- Flash Over The Air (FOTA)
- Internet of Things
- Mapping
- Navigation/Traffic Info/Traffic Analysis
- Parking
- Predictive Maintenance/ Prognostics
- Ridesharing
- Sensors (V2E, V2X, V2V)
- Other mobility-related areas, at organizers’ discretion
PROGRAM COSTS
Participant Costs:
Host will issue each participant a visa invitation letter. Participants should check travel.state.gov for visa application details and apply as early as possible.
